This is an introduction video for the Athletic Republic Whip Cord we use in one of our conditioning drills. The cord is designed to train the accelerator and decelerator muscles used in throwing and are suitable for every field position or any sport such as baseball, softball, football, water polo, volleyball and tennis, which involve a throwing motion.

This video shows you exactly how to perform long toss drills properly. Arm velocity translates to the following distances using using a 45 degree arc:
50 mph = 130 feet
55 mph = 150 feet
60 mph = 170 feet
65 mph = 190 feet
